The Harmony Ball Story Harmony balls also know as dream bells have been used since ancient times. Traditionally the unique chiming bell creates the beautiful, magical sound. Used for many things including relaxation and meditation, the tone of the Harmony Balls are soothing to the soul and helps to promote inner balance and harmony. The balls are often worn by expectant mothers to reassure their unborn baby. From 16 weeks gestation a baby can hear sounds external to the mother's tummy. Newborn babies recognise the sound of their mother's Harmony Ball when they are born. The harmony is said to gently stimulate and relax baby as well as the mother. Often given by best friends as a keepsake to represent their timeless friendship. Gently shaking the spheres to create a mystical bell-like sound which has also been said is a way to communicate with nature.
The harmony ball is available in 16mm, 18mm and 20mm
The charm is a 3 dimensional design made in sterling silver
The hook on lobster clasp is 11mm
