Returns and Replacements
To return products to The Jewel Shop, please use Registered Post for your package and mail to the address shown on your invoice.
Please return in the original box and packaging if possible, alternatively please use protective packaging to avoid postal damage by EXPRESS POST or REGISTERED POST ONLY.
Items that have not been safely packed to avoid postal damage cannot be replaced or refunded.

• If you are returning a faulty product will refund the postage cost to return your item and we will send your new item free of charge.
• Unfortunately, the postage charges on returns for change of mind and the purchasing of a wrong size are not refundable.
• You are not required to pay for the registered post return delivery on the outgoing parcel if we have made an error resulting in a new order to be sent to you.

However, if you are returning an item for exchange or replacement, the postage costs will be added to your shopping cart.
All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

• Returns must be in original packaging and condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage.)
• Earrings can ONLY be returned if the earrings are still in the original packaging and unworn (this specification is a health regulation with all earrings).

This service is to add One name onto the bracelet you are ordering.

When purchasing a brooch or bracelet from our store we are often asked if a name can be engraved. Yes we can engrave your baby brooch and bracelet with one name on the front.

Please Note; we do not engrave on the back of the bracelets or brooches so the engraving is for one name on the front

Yes, we can engrave your pendant for you with one name or initials on the front.
If you would like a special text font please select from our Special Text Fonts Preview and add the name into the "Type your name to be engraved" section after your engraving details.

Currently, engraving and dispatch takes approximately 1-2 business days.
If your order is urgent or required for a special date please add a note in the special comments at checkout.

We offer this Free Charm Soldering Service for charms that have been purchase from this store, the cost is updated to free of charge at the checkout.

Our master jeweller can solder a charm before we send your order for you, saving you time and money.

This service is only available when a charm and a chain have been purchased together.

We are trade qualified manufacturing jewellers and we provide a professional jewellery service.

Please note: if you require your charm/s to be soldered onto a specific link please add these details into your special comments otherwise our jeweller will solder them at her discretion.
